Responsibility:
● Assist Consultants in collecting industry updates and talent information
● Conduct research and analysis based on the preferences of the client whilst also providing continued support for the consultant and candidate
● Search for candidates using effective sourcing channels and professional recruitment procedures
● Participate in talent screening in addition to arranging and coordinating interviews for qualified candidates
● Assist data entry of the candidate’s information into our system

● Bachelors degree and above

Requirements:
● Bachelors degree and above
● At least three years work experience, preferably in a headhunting related industry. HR or sales experience is also valuable
● Experience managing projects in Asia, particularly in China, is advantageous
● Familiarity with local HR policy and laws
● Possess aspirations to develop a career within the headhunting profession
● Strong social skills, personable character and an excellent communicator
● Able to work under pressure and thrives in challenging situations
