At the time, the headhunting industry was almost non-existent in Shanghai and the rest of China, however despite being relatively new to the recruitment industry Frank was able to grow the company quickly.
Over the last 26 years, Frank has overseen the exponential growth of the company and the industry in general. Opening 13 branch offices throughout mainland China and Singapore as well as increasing the size and scope of the Shanghai headquarters. Frank has carefully and strategically expanded the company from its grass roots in Shanghai. Through hardwork, dedication, and effective communication ZW HR has now become part of Asia’s elite recruitment firms. Frank has spearheaded ZW’s rise with professionalism that is a telling reflection of the company’s values.

As CEO of ZW HR, a leading Headhunting company in China, Joyce drove the rapid growth of the company. From 12 offices in China to the first regional office in Singapore, Joyce has proven that she is a great leader in Recruitment market with foresight and sagacity beyond doubt.
Joyce is a hands-on practitioner who enjoys sharing her experiences and has spoken in more than 25 local and regional conferences. She is writer and published various articles and mentor for the graduates and students.

Joyce holds a Doctor of Business Administration and a Master of Economics, she used to work in education and finance industries as well as government offices.
